Postage & Returns
Our aim is to despatch all items on the next working day after you have placed an order with us.
Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail Delivery, or by DHL Courier.
Delivery time scales
Royal Mail 1st Class 1-2 Working days
Royal Mail Standard Parcels 3–5 working days
DHL next day
All of the postal services that we use, will require a signature.
If you are not in at the time of delivery a card will be left asking you to contact your local depot and arrange a further delivery attempt. Alternatively you can visit the depot in person with the card and collect the goods yourself.
When you receive your order please check the contents against the packing note enclosed with the goods. If any items are missing you must advise us within 24 hours using the e-mail address given below.
If any items are damaged you must advise us within 3 days using the e-mail address given below.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving our dispatch confirmation e-mail you should contact us using the e-mail address given below.
If for any reason you are not happy with the service you have received or are unhappy with the items supplied, please let us know using the e-mail address given below. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your items if you are requiring a refund of any type.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you can by notifying us on the e-mail address given below.

Payment
Paypal is now the worlds largest online merchant card
transaction provider, an account is no longer
required to pay via PayPal - you can pay direct
with your Credit/Debit Card secure in the knowledge that
your card transaction is held and processed on a secure
payment server completely isolated from whatever merchant
is utilising their platform.
Alternative Payment Methods
Problems paying with Paypal?, If you are unable or do
not wish to pay via PayPal then we can now accept cheques,
